AA/Lloyds Breakdown cover. (1 Viewer)

Just had a letter from Lloyds informing that size of vehicle covered is increasing from 2.3m to 2.55m .

I don’t pay for separate breakdown/rescue for my car as it’s covered by this policy, also covered for breakdown/rescue under this policy when driving any vehicle which is a benefit of my Lloyds bank account but never thought that the motorhome was also covered. I have normally insured a complete package with Safeguard .

May be of interest to others.

That’s right , and having read through the glossy booklet couldn’t find reference to width or indeed length or vehicle type so I guess motorhome is covered.

Does not provide for any vehicle recovery following an accident.
You are not covered when travelling in a car, van, minibus or motorcycle exceeding the weight restriction of 3.5 tonnes and maximum width restriction of 7ft 6in (2.3m).

Maximum vehicle weight is still 3500kg.
