Any guidance or pointers would be much appreciated please.
1. We have changed from a 2G tracker to a 4G tracker, and until September 2025, it was working a treat, tracking us all the way to Aabenraa in Denmark. As we made our way back towards Calais, it still had us logged as being at Aabenraa.
Once back in the UK, it worked a treat again.
2. When heading down to Spain, it tracked us to Newhaven Ferry terminal on 30th December gone. It never tracked us again, (despite calls and messages sent), until on the way back, when we entered the non toll section of the A13 at Rouen on the 26th of March, whereupon it tracked us right up to Dieppe, across the Channel on the 27th, and then all the way back home on the 28th.
I've just sent it a text message from a +44 number, and got an instant reply with a map showing it's location.
I have checked that the sim card is on 4G roaming, and with international calls enabled. The tracker itself is 4G. I really don't know what else I can do, to ensure it performs correctly wherever it is in Europe.
Any ideas please?
TIA,
Jock.
