2021 Adria matrix whistling sunroof

We bought a new Adria matrix supreme which finally arrived in July 21, But before DVLA registration was completed we had a recall for drop down bed it’s now half way through January 22 and it’s still not had the Final fix done But that’s not the worst thing we reported the whistling noise from front sunroof in August 21 it’s been in once for repair but is still screeching away today, the window rubber came away from the kitchen window it took over two months for replacement to arrive, it’s our first motorhome so I don’t know if all motorhomes and manufacturers are the same, But it’s safe to say we are very disappointed with the response time for putting any faults right, the bottom plastic runner on fly screen on habitation door snapped the blinds on front screen are not screwed in tight all the screws are loose, it’s a pity because we actually love the motorhome it’s just it doesn’t seem to be put together very well maybe we were just unlucky and got that Friday afternoon vehicle!!!!! HOPEFULLY ADRIA WILL GET THERE FINGER OUT AND FIX ALL THE FAULTS BEFORE ITS A YEAR OLD

We bought the same vehicle in 2019. We had a few issues. The drop down bed stuck at an angle. Apparently they often need synchronising. Alde heating leaked. Leak from pipework and a few minor problems. These were all sorted by the dealer within a couple of weeks (Signature Preston). Its unacceptable whats happened to you and I think its a dealer issue. I don't think its a reflection on Adria as some would say most new vans have such issues.

The whistling skylight is a common problem. It’s mentioned quite often on the Adria Facebook group. You can fix temporarily fix with a bit of card pushed into the part where the handle meets the keeper. It pull the skylight down with more force.

We did a 3 week tour of Scotland in September and all sites were full up especially the NC500 which we thankfully avoided. It depends on when you are planning to go,

Hi from an Adria owner. Its our fourth Adria 1 x Matrix and 3 x Coral. We've had mechanical issues, mostly covered under warranty. Delays are inevitable in the pandemic and it may also be a dealer issue. If you haven't already I suggest you join the Adria Owners Club, we can sometimes help with issues and there's a good community of members who will offer advice. Not bad for £15 a year. The sunroof noise problem can happen on other motorhomes.
We had a problem on our Hobby.
in the end we fitted a spoiler in front of the sunroof and it sorted the problem.

Hi best to present book some sites Glenmore just outside Aviemore is a good site sandy beach at Loch Morlich 2 mins walk from site and loads to do in Aviemore area , there's also some aire type sites popping up one at the falls of shin where you can watch the salmon leaping, if you intend to go to Skye then yes book your sites it will be busy , enjoy gods country

I have the same problem with my ( identical ) car , adria refers to the dealer , and there it always stops ( dealer in France ) I am from Belgium , like my car but indedeed, the wind noise is really insupportable
Temporary solved by using mousse between shield and rubber
