2008 Bessacarr E460 Thetford fridge

My Thetford fridge model no. N112-N43F04R6A has stopped getting cold, the gas and electric are connected and all indications are showing it to be working on either selection, but it’s not getting the slightest bit cold. Is there anyone on this forum that can assist me.

Are you parked with the fridge level and are there any vent covers that need to be removed ?

Yes parked level, had the vents off over night, had the fridge removed and and turned over a couple of time and tapping the coolant pipes. Still running a warm fridge. It is a thetford absorber type.
