1994 hymer rear bumper light

Hi all , just noticed the left light on the rear bumper of my fiat hymer b534 only works on indicator and light not break light , not the bulb etc but light looks bit nakerd , the above lights work fine and right bumper light also does , but my mot is due in couple if week , was wondering best place to source new light fitting ? Thanks in advance

Also I noticed if I push in the fog light switch on dash I can't see any fog light at rear or the light on dash Dosnt light up either , wondering if its been wired up ?

Here's a photo it's the bottom light that's the faulty one looks in bad way when cover removed looks like the one on the other side has been faulty too as been changed and dosnt match

Just need to know where I can source a light that will do the job for the faulty one in fist pic , cheers
