12v system not working

Hi, my Fiat Ducato developed an issue with the 12v. Works fine if you plug it in on 240v. When you switch to 12v, although the volt meter on the control panel is showing full nothing works. I have checked the fuses and changed the charging unit as advised but nothing.

Have you checked the voltage at the hab battery with 240v disconnected?

Disconnect the terminals from the Hab battery for about 10 mins. On some systems that. Can trigger a reset. Worth a try won’t do any harm. Make sure you unhooked from 240 first.
