‘Omnia’ type stove top oven

What do people cook in their stove top oven?
Give me some ideas as to what, timing, how etc. please as I’m struggling with mine!

Looked at that but I want the normal usual things people cook!

We use ours to warm up croissants in the morning.
If you get the right shape, they fit around the curves nicely.
