Such a refreshing change to deal with a company that make it clear from day one that customer service and satisfaction matter! The contrast between SMC and the last company we bought a vehicle from could not be greater. An example was just today - we were stranded when the water pump failed, so phoned SMC and called in there (on a Sunday). Chris diagnosed the problem, procured a pump and proceeded to fit it. Within an hour we had running water again. All at no charge as we are under warranty. Our previous motorhome was bought from a large dealer based near Nottingham, and on our very first trip water poured from under the sink into the drawers underneath. When we called the dealer we were told that we would have to put in a claim with a third party insurance company and that nothing could be done until they agreed to pay. This was despite us having the 'Gold' level warranty. It was only after seriously heated discussion that they agreed to pay for the repair against an invoice. If you want to deal with a large dealer with excellent salesmen and truly abysmal and user hostile after sales then go to L******s, but for an experience that leaves you with a smile on your face, go to SMC, you wont regret it.
