Lincoln Leisure Vehicles

We’ve recently exchanged our 2005 Auto-trail Tracker and downsized a little to a 2011 Autosleeper Symbol with Lincoln Leisure Vehicles. They offered us a good price in part-exchange and arrange a 3hr handover on the ‘new’ vehicle. We’ve found all of their salesman very pleasant to deal with and nicely patient when we’ve raised two or three queries post handover.
I always prefer to deal with a fairly local company - in case of he need to return under warranty - and would definitely recommend Lincoln Leisure Vehicles.

From the moment that we contacted Lincoln Leisure about the Hymer Van 562 Silverline in Dec 2016, to viewing it a week later and then collecting it in Jan 2017, we experienced friendly, helpful and thoroughly honest service from Lincoln Leisure. Collection day was enhanced by some thoughtful extra touches to recognise that we had travelled 400 miles to view and the same to collect our 'new' MH. A few weeks later, after some heavy rain, we discovered a damp patch on the bed headboard. Time to check out their own 12 month warranty! It was everything that they promised and they arranged for us to take it to a local dealer here in Kent for an assessment and authorised the work immediately. One of the rear high level marker lights required re-fitting, but both were done just in case. The bed headboard was stained and a replacement was ordered and fitted the following month (Hymer parts travel by mule cart from Germany ).

Bought our first MH from this dealer. Great people to deal with and the MH was as advertised ( in fact it was better than advertised as it had various extras that were not mentioned in the ad). Easy to deal with plus a 3 hours handover which was what we needed as newbies. Price automatically included 6 months warranty and a service with cambelt change. One small issue with the van was a cracked cover for the external gas/shower plugs. They said they would order one for me and send it on when it arrived free of charge. in all honesty, I didn't really expect to hear from them again. But sure enough, a couple of weeks later the brand new part arrived through the post on a compliments slip saying they hoped we were enjoying owning our MH. Good decent people and we recommend them.
