Sent a photo of the offending item and asked did they have one , got a reply straight away saying yes.
I them asked for more info and pictures which were sent again instantly
Price agreed, quick call and paid over the phone
Due to the fragility of the item posting was discussed and decided not the best option. So as it was nice weather I decided to travel up and collect it ( the funster express was considered and help offered) and extend a planned trip
