We bought the van at the Lincoln show 2017. Handover was well organised. They suggested driving up with old van day 1, stay over at a nice little site at their cost. Swap day 2, stay over another night to check everything out giving a chance to resolve any niggles the following day before travelling home.

We've since had a couple of issues. One with the habitation door that did need a return visit, but another with the Fiamma step was resolved by them arranging with the supplier to send the step to our home, we arranged a local fitter and they paid the bill.

Seen Gavin and Phil at a couple of shows since. Always greeted like friends despite them knowing we are not about to buy another van.

We bought our SunLiving new from Geoff Cox at the NEC in 2015 and took delivery in 2016. They kept us informed at every stage during the build and delivery process and when the delivery was delayed (not their fault) we were given the option of cancelling the order even though the van was being built to order for us with extras like a kayak rack. The trade in for our own van was honoured even though we'd put quite a few more miles on it.

The handover was good and would have been more thorough and comprehensive had we required it, but as we weren't new to motorhoming we only needed a few things explaining. The motorhome was ready to drive away when we picked it up from a tank of fuel, water and a ready primed cassette. There was also a bottle of champagne and chocolates which was a lovely touch.

With any new van you expect a few teething problems but these were sorted out quickly and without fuss. We've also had extra power points fitted by Geoff Cox, all done as requested and at reasonable cost.

There was also 5 years of hab checks included in the purchase price as we joined the caravan club (as was) who were running a promotion at the time. We have had the first of these very thorough checks. All the staff at Geoff Cox have been superb and we would have no hesitation about buying from them again.
