Went to view a Le Voyageur after seeing one at the Peterborough show that was for sale with a different dealer and signed a deal there and then.
As they are close to home, it will be easier to get to for any after sales work, apart from when saints are playing!
Mike the salesman we dealt with was straight talking and down to earth.
We picked her up on the 5th June and Andrew took us through the last bits of paperwork. Andrew was thorough and again down to earth.
Communication has been excellent to date

First contact was excellent. A holding deposit was offered as we are some distance away and couldn't view for a few days.
Viewing; the van was clean and well presented. Salesman knowledgeable but not pushy. There had been a promotional £1000 discount offered at the weekend on all used vans and we were given this on the Monday that we viewed.
Collection; due to a mix up over days/dates they had to react quickly to clean the van. They had also booked us onto a local site in case we needed help. Again they reacted well next morning when we needed to replace two flourescent tubes.
Servicing; just had first service and MOT. Again absolutely no problem. The service department were great and returned calls as promised.
Overall we would have no problem recommending them at all

We bought an Autotrail (used) from them last year. Straight forward people to deal with and gave generous discount when pushed.
There were a few problems within the warranty period but these were quickly dealt with to my satisfaction.
Happy to use them again if necessary.
