emmbee Motorhomes

We live near Emmbee and often popped in. We decided on this 7m Chasson automatic on a Ford. We have always had a toad, so throughout our conversations with the pleasant young salesman, ability to tow was essential
So we had a good handover and soon spent a long weekend away. In the meantime I was arranging to have a tow bar fitted for our toad with Towbars to Towcars. They checked before starting any work and found that Ford automatics could not legally tow anything.
We returned the motorhome to Emmbee, rejecting the vehicle. Initially they were reluctant to entertain this, but after a solicitor's letter, they refunded us in full.
I have always found the company pleasant, not pushy and all the motorhomes open for inspection.

A child ( posing as an adult sales expert ) on the day of purchase / part ex tried on the “ your part ex van has damp “
“No it doesn’t it had a hab and damp check two days ago by a reputable authorized company .”
“Show me your calibration history for your damp meter please “

Avoid , do not buy from this company .
