We bought our first motorhome from Don Amott at the NEC show. There was no hard sell at all, we browsed without being pestered. They required a £5k deposit which we duly paid, oblivious to the fact that we would lose this if they went bust.
We were given a provisional collection date of April 2024. This came and went and the wait went on. We finally collected it at the end of June, after paying in full a few days before. We were sent a handover video a few days before and the collection experience was good overall, but we felt it was rushed.
