Van has been in today for cam belt, water pump, plus all pullys and tensioners etc, small service, brake check and mot. Dropped of van at 8-15 this morning picked up at 4-30. All work done with no dramas by Dave who is obviously a man at the top of his game and 100% trustworthy.
I thank all the fellow funsters who pointed me in Dave's direction. I have no hesitation in recommending him if you live near enough to carry out any work you may require on your van.

Great work fitting uprated springs and struts to my bessacarr, much nicer to drive now much more stable in windy conditions .

No problems recommending Dave he got to the bottom of a electrical problem no one else would touch and went out of his way to source and fit a part I was having trouble finding.

Hi Dave,
We have a 2007 Hymer B654 plated 2100Kg front and 2400Kg rear (overall 4000Kg). The front sits very low so top of tyre is just within the wheel arch and the van seems to bottom over bumpy roads and potholes. I believe uprated springs (Goldschmitt?) are a solution. Is this your preferred recommendation please? If so could you give a price for supply and/or fitting please? Any other solutions (can't really afford air suspension) and do we need to have the front shock absorbers replaced at the same time?
