When I bought my van new I researched the make and model for a cpl of years as it’s a big investment. I identified which one and then visited dealers in an attempt to get the best deal as have severel nearby.
Just by chance I came across this dealership and from the moment I made contact they were first class. I dealt with Keith one of the owners and he was fully aware I was a “newbie” and didn’t try and flannel me. I spoke about blow up awnings and he told me to forget them give it 12 months and if I still wanted one to come back and he’d sell me one. There were a few other things I asked about and he said don’t waste your money.
When it came to the van I wanted one which hadn’t been in the showroom and he had one in the back just in with the plastic still on.. I manage to negotiate the price a thousand less than local dealers with a few extras thrown in.
I had a few issues like all vans did and what couldn’t be sorted over the phone they told me to get it in straight away.
Over the years I have spoken to several owners around UK and Europe who bought from them and feedback has always been good.
I will run my van into the ground as we are more than happy with it but if I ever did change I would come back here.
