Blackdown Leisure

I bought a new Globe Traveller Voyager Z from Blackdown Leisure in May 25.

Blackdown Leisure has motorhome and caravan departments, and the motorhome section is run by Henry Bigwood. They are dealers for Globe Traveller and Hobby, but also have a selection of used motorhomes. I approached Henry with a view to part-exchange my Autosleeper for the new van, and was offered an attractive financial deal (cash only, no credit).

Drop off and pick up took place about three weeks later, by which time the V5 had arrived at my house and the dealer had installed an alarm system, fitted BBQ point, an external TV aerial point, and completed a handover habitation service.

All in all, I was very pleased with the dealer. I have knocked off one star because the dealers workshop did not fit the alarm system properly and it had to be refitted by the manufacturer - but to his credit Henry paid for the manufacturer to do this.
