Having taken note of discussions on MHF, I realised that my system was over 10 years old and the cylinders and hoses were time expired. I went to Thirsk for the replacements.

I spoke to Charlie, then the work was done by Jon. Both were pleasant, welcoming and helpful. The work was completed promptly (during which I received a pithy comment about the previous installer (not me) using the wrong tape inappropriately on the fittings).

The resulting job is much neater than before and it's clear that they know their stuff.

The bill was as quoted and included the discount for MHF, plus gas.

I got just what I needed following lots of good advice via the phone and MH Fun chat - I had to send the Missus to the workshop on instal day, as I had an unplanned work thing to handle, and the team completed the instal while she waited, in much less time than expected and took plenty of time to explain to her all the necessary detail.

It was well priced and with MH Fun discount as well.

Equally, when you contact a business and the service is faultless, the knowledge and technical expertise is 100% accurate, the pricing extremely competitive given that product needed was supplied cheaper than any on line supplier, which of course would not have had the in depth, hands on practicable advice I received

My camper is an American, which makes the service even more remarkable, having the correct parts on the shelf, so going from having a problem with the gas supply, identifying the problem and speaking Autogas on the "off chance" to getting the problem resolved was a matter of a couple of days, not the lengthy issue I feared
