Bought this van from them some years back. Service seems ok though expensive, always seems to cost more than the estimate. Replaced a leaking roof vent which took three months though not there fault as the new one took ages to come from Germany.
I would never get mechanical things fixed by a motorhome dealer. I have an excellent independent garage for that.

Used for this service only. I asked for a cambelt & water pump change, cost £1150. Trusting their experience & expertise to do the job correctly. They only changed cambelt & waterpump. They put the old auxiliary belts back on. The aux belt driving the new waterpump failed 5 months later at mot test time. They “fixed”again at further cost of £750 denying responsibility as they “did as I asked”
Not trusting their work I took it to a local respected commercial garage.
Timing was out, tensioner bolts lose & cambelt cover broken in several places exposing cambelt to the elements. Pulleys & cambelt cover needed replacing. I have written report from second garage.
Cost another £800 to put it right.
Currently going to small claims.
