Previously gave 5* for sales team.

Today back got habatation and mot test and not so good.
Had van in their depot by 8am, asked to be first on or at least second so as we could drive our hour back.

1pm, no phone call from them so retuned to depot in their curtesy car. Apparently internet down so completed hab test but not mot as this needs internet for printout.
Internet went down 12.30pm, so why wasent mot completed by then??

Wait till they come back from lunch at 2 pm they said to fine out what’s happening!

They returned from lunch and said unfortunately they were working on other vans but now can’t say when internet back on to do our mot!! Told us to get mot done else where if we wanted to take van back with us, or take curtesy car but we pay for fuel!!!!

We left paying £201 for hab test and no mot!!

Still getting a drain on leisure battery.
Apparently sagents weren't very helpful for the technician, he got the problem sorted through Google, the outside frost protector heaters were connected to the wrong terminal no 4 and should have been connected to no 5, it seems to be working OK in that time the staff were very nice and I had the use of a courtesy car.

Is very rude indeed.
Werther this is because I only spent £25,000 on a second hand van I don,t no.

I am pleased for everyone who got better service than me, and please don,t think it my have been me. because it was not but I have promised myself if I am ever down that way I will pop in and say hello.
