Woke up to showers and fully grey cloud and only 150ah in the battery bank. We had the opportunity to move to the end of the aire where no trees are blocking potential direct sunlight but someone (not me) didn't want to move so I selected a mountainous route with numerous cols today !
We went out on our bikes down the footpath and under what was probably an old railway line later confirmed as correct with view of the upcoming foot/cycle bridge
And following the decent signs we went sharply uphill before a left turn saw us onto an upward slope of disused railway
we passed a crustacean shed and later found out it's 28 euros a kilo for lobster he keeps round the back in a huge bucket.
Not too far to Port Blanc and good surf here and an acsi site at 19 euros.
Views aplenty as we kept to country lanes hugging the coastline through Bugueles where we had lunch before a river causeway with possible chain ferry for spring tides
Lovely tiny church on the way out with more views
And home via a different cycle route
