Having done every touristy thing to be done in Inverness over the years we now take the more relaxed approach. Torvean is a great wee site by the Canal with great walks into the town via river or canal. The sunshine is glorious. Can it really be too hot to sit outside the van ? After exhausting Shirley the inexhaustible doodle by throwing the ball a thousand times, we stroll into town via the Ness Islands. Beautiful, peaceful. Easy walking. Lunch by the river. If only we hadn't run out of gas, life would be perfect...
