We've just returned from 3 weeks in Lincolnshire, Norfolk and Suffolk using C&CC THSs and a weekend meet. Average cost £10 a night and each one a short walk from public transport and other amenities. If you are members, check the magazine/web site for what's available.

Unless there are two, i think the bubble car museum is at Byards Leap on the A 17. About 1 mile from RAF Cranwell.

We like Fallowfield campsite a C&CC CS a 10 minute walk from Burnham Market, a nice town with posh shops. There is a bus stop right by the site gate for buses that will take you all along the north Norfolk coast.

Its £12 a night with electric but no showers etc.

If you're at Cadwell, the Green Man just down the road allows campers in his field.

I've stayed there dozens of times :)

There is free camping at Cadwell and they now have all the facility - although the food is still questionable

They tried that with me too - I told them I was going and moved up onto Park Corner for the night - no problem.

I've just found out that they only charge on track days. No charge at race meetings.
    Still a rip off.

We love Louth, we were there two weeks ago. I also spent some seriously drunken Saturday night there when I was racing at Cadwell. If they had breath tests on Sunday morning there would have been a lot less competitors.
