Friday morning at 6am i finish my 14th x 12 hour nightshift offshorein the north sea.
Breakfast, shower, pack my bag and hope the chopper is on time, about
10 ish.
Into Aberdeen airport by 11.30 and Manchester flight about 2.40 pm.
Should be home by 4.30 pm, by now it's 25 hours without sleep, if the MH starts then off for fuel, if not on charge overnight, pack up Sat morning and off to lakes, daughter going up wed to stay at our lodge, son going up with tent on thurs and we join him Sat.
Daughter will only be 5 miles away so should all be able to get together.

Somewhere in there i may get some sleep.
