Does anyone recognise what type of light fitting this is? Its in my vans overact bed area - I want to convert it to LED and I can't see how it opens up - any ideas?

Not seen one. I assume the illuminating bit in the middle does not twist?

Not seen one but I would say by squeezing the sides of the opaque bit it may bow and deform allowing it to be pulled down while being squeezed.

I have a very similar one except that thelens is held on by 2 tiny , & I mean tiny , screws.
I 'd hazard a guess that it clips on inside so try gently levering it side to side.

We have a similar one in the wardrobe - on ours I catch hold of the main outer body and turn it 1/4 turn and the outer casing with the switch and lens comes away about 2 inches and then can 'hang' on the switch wires. The lamp (bulb) holder is the base that screws to the van. Can't remember the type of replacement LED we used but it replaced the festoon type bulb.
