I've passed this MH for the last three weeks, travelling to and from work.
Looks like he's running out of water given he's collecting run off rain water

More importantly ........... where are they dumping their cassette if the van has not moved in three weeks?

It's only rain water for washing so no big issue. Nice big hedgerows for the grey.
As for the black stuff .maybe he does it in a bag and puts it in the local bins or uses the public loos..
No rubbish lying around, no chairs or tables out
If he is taxed and insured he is legit.

It’s a tiny hab door at the rear so maybe a midget small person or a hobbit, in which case they’d only need to dump their dumps monthly.
