I just knew this thread would run in to a Camping tyre V Non debate.
It's not its intention, Im well aware of the choice some make to run non Camping car tyres, I have, As Vlad pointed out, gone down that route myself.
We are all adult's and can take, heed, ignore create our own advice.
On thread, Im asking if anyone has had BOTH, the camping tyres, and any comments on the experience of both.
G8WVW, looks a nasty thing, stuck on the side of the road with your towbar buried in the tarmac....
Techno,
Andy, I don't really think that on wear alone that there is any need to worry between the two. My van is 5 years old, with 22k on it. If I have to change the tyres in 5 years time they will only have 50k max on them. Im sure even the Conti's would cope with that.
Also be interested if anyone has experience of Pirreli camper tyres fitted to many autosleepers.
