How do you set an app to a set top box?
There's no keypad to access the playstore

If it's an Android set top box, which most are, use either a a Bluetooth mini keyboard, plug a USB one into the box. Or use the built on "point and click" virtual keyboard with the remote control.

Although you say you have fibre, i know in your area two fibre providers still have quite a few problems, especially at peak, high demand times (just need to look at some of the local FB pages!).

& that is the problem. Too many using it to watch tv & you end up with useless tv & no internet either.

So I did a speed check and it's 29.3 mbps download and 17.1 mbps upload.

I have all of 2.5Mbs here and it's plenty to watch TV.
