No experience with towing, but an opinion !
Buy a fifth wheeler or a big caravan,if you want to tow something it may as well be a spacious accommodation unit .That way you can live the life of luxury and still get around in a decent sized comfortable vehicle that has space and a decent load capacity.
A motorhome for me means freedom and the chance to stop where and when I want ,if you have a trailer and car, or tow this freedom is very much restricted .
Would just like to add I'm not an expert ,this is just an opinion!

We looked at a trailer for our Honda Jazz, but decided against it because of all the extra weight, the hastle of where to keep the trailer at home and on site, plus the inconvenience of a trailer. The A Frame solution worked realy well for us, we towed the Honda Jazz many many miles. The Jazz was an ideal Toad as it gave plenty of people space seats 4 in comfort and with its unique Honda seating, the rear seats folded completely away to give lots of stowage for awnings covers etc. We now have a new car and will be getting it converted to A frame. If ever we toad it would by our Eunos Roadster on a trailer.View attachment 45455
