Background, bought new M/H Esterell Mercedes base and the previous owners had had trouble with the tow bar electrics whilst away and ended up getting part cut out and disconnected,
So, decided to get them sorted been given a quote of £250 which includes relays needed excetera. Do you think that's a ok price. Wirral area

about £50-75 is about right

Bypass relay at towing shops or on ebay £20-30 ish... Plus the labour cost to do the wiring..
So £250
