Thinking of full timing for a year but? (1 Viewer)

we would need to rent out our house to help finance our adventure.Question is would my wife's benefits be affected through extra income gained by our house rental.My wifes income is not means tested,she was retired from her job due to work related injuries.i have a small works pension of 10,000 p.a.Any advice would be very welcome.chris & jean.

Oh,ok are we talking months or more than a year? only we intend to spend winter in spain for at least 4 months.

could be tax and benefit probs . depends on what benefits and if in a support group. never mind time away . plus insurance if fulltiming with no address etc .
its all possible but individuals do it differently .

I can't be sure but does indeed depend on which benefits So best check out the relèvent site as suggested . But for some it used to be 6 weeks and others 3 months but is 13 years since I worked for DWP as was !!
