I have a swift Suntor 2009 and the fridge burner is obstrcted as it smell burning when on gas. Is it a easy repair to clean the gas jet? Is it easy to R&R fridge?

Had similar on my Swift Sundance recently, (see post elsewhere on forum).

I did not want to mess about with the gas supply, for safety reasons, so had it done by my local dealer.

New jet fitted, burner and exhaust cleaned and "desooted" (is that a real word?), and then reassembled for about £50. I thought it good value as people on the Forum had suggested about two hours for the job "if you know what you are doing". I didn't.

Its a fiddly job but can be done by a competent DIYer. Need to take off the outside lower vent usually to get to the gas burner, then a clean up is fairly easy. If not sure get a specialist to do it and replace the thermocouple as well.
