Looking for somewhere for a suggestion for a long weekend, say 100 miles or so from the Midlands , wild camping would be ok, quiet.

Any suggestions?

Not too sure about the mileage but Norfolk and Northumberland are lovely. Suspect the latter would be too far.

Hi Shift, We love Shell Island near Barmouth, not exactly wild camping,but almost as cheap and Quiet in the week.No electric hookup or gennys alowed,views are stunning.
