What are your favourite old songs? Here are a few of mine (mainly sixties )

    Reflections by Marmalade
    Itchycoo Park by Small Faces
    Nothing Rhymed by Gilbert O'Sullivan
    Waterloo Sunset by The Kinks
    All Right Now by Free
    My Brother Jake by Free

I could go on and on and of course anything by the Beatles. I think we were spoilt for choice when it comes to music especially being a teenager in the 60's. My two sons both in their late 20's both good musicians also rate the music of that time. They both enjoy singing and playing so much of the 'old stuff'

It has to be Kashmir for me,,,,,, I lay down somewhere warm, put on the headphones and I drift of to a hot place with the breeze and sand blowing across my face,,,,, and I go to this warm place in peace.

Then I wake up shivering - hail, sleet and snow hitting the windows as I look across this crazy flooded land.

    Trikeman.

Too many Fav songs to list.

But here's a related question , on the meets and rallies organised via mhfun, is there much music involved?

IE does everyone have ghetto blasters going ? Are there speakers in the windows and the doors (song association crept In there, did you spot it?).

Just need to know if everyone is OK with Hendrix at 120db?
