Just a quick question .Short of removing it and looking for a type plate is it possible to find out how big a solar panel is once it’s stuck to the roof . I have a Victron MPPT ?
thanks all.

Super thand youAssuming your battery needs a fair bit of charge, so that it is still fully charging over the lunchtime period (not gone into absorption or float mode) on a good bright, cloudless sunny spring to autumn day look at the history section in the Victron App. That will show Pmax which should then be close to the full wattage of your panel.
Generally, the power (watts) depends on the total area. The voltage depends on the number of cells. So if you look at the layout (9 x 4 =36 and 6 x 10 = 60 are popular layouts). You can look at the ads online for a panel with a similar area and layout, and see the voltage and power of that. You won't be very far out.Just a quick question .Short of removing it and looking for a type plate is it possible to find out how big a solar panel is once it’s stuck to the roof .
