Saw on BBC lunch time news that there was quite a bit snow around Benidorm, true?

Yep & it's not that unusual, it snowed in Magaluf, Mallorca in Feb 1996 whilst we were there.

Snow at La Manga as well, rain and wind forecast tomorrow. Last winter from October to March we had 5 days of rain but this year has been very different. Back to normal next week.

So, checked the Temp for our route down and was surprised by the Temperature readings for Benidorm all way down to Cartagena.. My 1st long trip down and enjoying every moment despite the Temperatures.

Thunderstorms and pissistant rain since early hours of this morning, snow on the hills behind Benidorm, forecast much the same for the next 2 days then slowly returning to normal early next week

The pitch next to ours the awning has collapsed with the weight of the hailstones it's an air awning we have just brushed it all off for the elderly lady and hope everything is ok but she is flooded out and has no electric .
