Site near or on a cycle route (1 Viewer)

Hi, last minute getaway. Looking for a site on a cycle route somewhere west ( looks a little dryer )were in north DERBYSHIRE. Been on CC web site & all booked up. Many thanks

The Tissington trail is on your doorstep and there is a CL , Washbrook Farm, a freewheel away.
Bit more westerly, we plan trying some of the Tarka Trail in a week or so and we've found a site, Smytham Manor close by. We've never been there before but it looks ok.

The Wirral Country Park CC site has a cycle route which uses the old railway running past the site. It's a nice ride down to Park Gate. It's usually busy but you may be lucky.

Abergwynant Farm near Dolgellau has a CC CL which has access to the Mawddach Trail through a gate at the bottom of the site. Superb cycling into Barmouth or Dolgellau.

Tudor Caravan Park at Slimbridge is right on the Gloucester to Sharpness Canal - Great for cycling.

Lydalia in Newcastleton. Nice village. Good pubs. 7 staines cycle routes
