Shop Small advert (1 Viewer)

I can live with most adverts on the right side of the screen but the Shop Small advert is so slow to load. It delays every page load. My PC is fairly fast and I have a fast broadband connection so just wonder how those with slow connections are managing. I suppose the answer is to get a advert blocker but surely Jim will be concerned that the site is being slowed down?

I use Add Blocker Plus don't see hardly any adds, also upgraded to fibre last week.

I could well be wrong (probably I am) but looking at the ads I get on the page, I think a lot of the ads are self-generated - in other words, they reflect what I've (you've) been browsing, rather than any paid advertising. I've never seen a Shop Small ad.
Anybody know whether I've guessed right or not?

Now got ads for Skoda and I've never ever ever thought about getting one or looked at them

I cant see a small shop advert on my screen. Keep accidentally hitting the signature ad though.

Just installed ad-blocker and it seems really good, no ads... Just a clean page without ads.

No you are spot on, iv never seen that one either but when we were in Portugal last week I had Portuguese adverts on mine, hired a car there and had car hire adverts all week as well!
