Sorry if this has been asked before, im a little confused as to the statements on some adverts.
the details on some are saying full service history partially or fully by franchise.
what does this mean?

It means you can show written documentation of al services and repairs

either all or some servicing carried out by the same garage...probably a franchised dealer for the particular make of vehicle.

Franchised dealer is a private dealer/garage recognised, but not financed, by the factory
