Thanks especially to those Funsters who responded to the possible Scotland meet thread. I am pleased to confirm the date for the meet at the clink cl site at Auchtermuchty, in their rally field adjacent to the official site, this means there will be water on site, dump facilities and limited shower facilities but no ehu and no hard standing. The date will be 15th to 17th September. The cost would be £9 per night or £25 for the weekend arriving Friday night and leaving Monday morning.
This is the first time I have organised a meet and for this reason I want to keep the numbers manageable and so the number will be restricted to 20 motor homes on a first come first served basis.
There is a covered barn that will be available for our use, so should the weather turn against us we would be able to meet in the dry. (Sorry can't guarantee warmth).
For more details regarding the site, how to get there, what is available in the area and facilities use this link
To book your place please contact the site owner Ken by e mail ksclink@gmail.com. and let me know so I can add your name to the list.
Activities will include a barbecue night, and a ceilidh held at the village Bowling club at a cost of £3 pp. The club bar will be open to us and transport from the site to the Club will be provided. (Donations for fuel gladly accepted.) Please let me know when booking if you will be attending the ceilidh.
