I'm back. I paid my tenner so now you have to put up with me for another year.
For those who like to park up on Marine Drive at Scarborough a warning. Yorkshire Water carrying out major works therefore section near toll gate(harbour) down to single lane with lights but W/E's and school hols one way only South Bay to North Bay.
It's just started and already some probs. so expect major probs in peak. Work will last 2 years.

We were aware of this when organising this years Goldwing Light parade which takes place on the 8th of September to raise funds for the RNLI. We have had to change the route to take the roadworks into account which means that we will not be able to travel from the north bay to the south.

Yes it's going to cause some chaos for a long time. Shame cos it's a great drive or wallk through.
