Just setting off from a great meet our first rally at saltfleet really enjoyed it thanks to Andrea and Jeff and rob and val and others who helped with the bacon butties also thanks to the musicians who pulled out all the stops. Also was great to see our friends.thanks again a great meet.

We shall be leaving Saltfleet in the next couple of hours and should like to add our grateful thanks to everyone involved in organising the Funster meet ... our marshals have been great with their organisation and in providing really tasty bacon rolls.
I feel special thanks are also due to all our musicians who put so much effort into our entertainment.
Finally our meet is only possible because of the splendid weekend show and hospitality of the Saltfleet village and crew.

Thanks to Andrea, Jeff, Val, Bob, Shaun, Nickie and all other helpers. We've had a great week away culminating in the Saltfleet Gala. The event gets bigger year on year and this year was most enjoyable. Thanks to all the muso's for strumming away and keeping the troops entertained on Friday & Sunday evening. Thanks to Saltfleet Gala Committee for inviting Fun (almost exclusively) to their weekend, and finally thanks to friends old and new, some whom we've not seen for a good while. Hope the pussy cat turns up.

Heading home after another great saltfleet gala weekend. Thanks Andrea and Geoff and all your helpers for pulling it off. To all the musicians for keeping us entertained on Friday and Sunday evening We've both had a lovely time. Catching up with old friends and making new ones.
We've called at the Humber bridge for some lunch on the way home. Walked right across and back. What another lovely sunny day. Heading home down the M62 now .

I shall put some photos on of the gala once we get home and I can see them better , on the ipad rather than my phone.

Great weekend at Saltfleet gala yet again, every year gets bigger and better, the 3 bands this year played some amazing music and lots of people up dancing.
Thanks for our funster musicians who played for us all, what a great bunch of likewise funsters we all are.
