non as yet, hired in Canada a couple of times. hope to buy in the next few years.
A bit of a sad day today. Got up this morning to find Jess our 14yr old Collie x corgi had died during the night. She'd started slowing down on Sat and we were going to take her to the vet today. A better end than to have her put down she died naturally in her bed. Funny though we all had an idea that she wouldn't be with us this morning.

:cry:Oh Sue, My heart goes out to you..... I am so sorry for your sadness. Jess is at peace now.

We can all start going on about how we understand because we have been there, but at the end of the day YOUR relationship with Jess was special and individual. Jess had a lovely life with you.... keep remembering that and her being loved was so very important.....

Big, big hug and know you will miss her for a long time to come, but she is at peace.

Love Joy x:Sad:

I'm so sorry Sue. She must have given you so much. Thank goodness you didn't have to have bad news at the vets.

Hi Sue,

Sorry to hear that you have lost Jess, but it was the best way for her to go in her sleep, I was there just a few weeks ago so can understand how you must feel.
Hugs to you and your family xx

Sheila

So sorry to hear that, at least she went peacefully, that's all we can ask instead of making that dreaded decision, I thought we had to make that decision last week and took Susie to the vets as I thought her heart was failing as warned by another vet, she was very ill but she had picked up an infection which was cured but the day draws nearer

Sorry to hear of your loss - at least she went peacefully in her sleep. I thuink animals knows when the time is near, as they do tend to slow right down near the end.

Just remember! - A life full of love is priceless. Many dogs never seem to have the fortune to get that lucky!

Hi Sue,
So sorry to hear about your little dog, we lost our 15 year old Border Collie recently, so know just how you feel. At least she went in her sleep, although a shock, you didn't have to make that trip to the vet.
Regards, Bill & Margaret

As you say Sue.....Best it happened at home in the place she loved.

They leave such a void, but great memories.

I'm sure she's saying "Thanks" for giving her such a loving home.
