Remis blinds while in storage (1 Viewer)

The instructions with our van say to leave Remis blinds in the open position if left for any length of time. We have found this to be a good idea over this winter, as they don't stay fully open after having been down for a few weeks. Nearly all other vans and caravans at our storage site have them closed. As I don't really want full sun coming in during the summer, I wondered what other people do.
Hopefully we will be out and about a lot more and it won't be left too long anyway.

Unfortunately no curtains to draw (only short ones to make it look nice!).

Guess that's why a lot of people leave the blinds down then, either that or sun bleached furnishings.

How about cutting out some cardboard to the size of your windows and leave in place?
