Rebuilding Navi Pathway on Xgody 718 (1 Viewer)

After three months of almost faultless service my Xgody 718 suddenly developed a fault, telling me that my proposed route was not possible for my described vehicle " motorhome 3.5 tonne " After trying to cure this fault without success I initiated the factory default settings, I now have no navi pathway installed at all and no longer can access navigation mode. I have seen in other threads reference to rebuilding the Navi Pathway but nowhere can I find instructions how to do it, can anyone help please, thanks

happened to me once when i dropped it, easy fix really
