I have a new Chic line with a camera that deals with reversing only and would like to change it for a twin lense has anybody done this ? as it looks difficult to get at the cable its hidden behind the rear bed cabinets.

The other thing i would like to do is change the two gel batteries for lithium as they have lost power at least twice any thoughts please

I looked to do the same on my Geist. I could get to the connector from the camera by taking the back panel out of a cabinet that was on the rear wall. My cable only has the pins to carry a single video source. I'd have to pull a new cable though, which doesn't look fun.

I’d be wary of trying to pull a new cable through. Other option is to add an additional camera so either a wireless one or run a new wire under the van. You’ll end up with a screen on your dashboard / windscreen but it may be easier.
