How do I attach the small thumbnail photos that expand when you click on them.
I think its the paper clip thing next to the smiley next to the font colour along the top.:thumb:
nope i cant do it either now
I thought it was done automatically?
Maybe like this Ror.
With Dylans caption "Wheres me Ferret?":Laughing:
I had to resize my one again Kenoh:
Thats what I want to do but every time I attach it's full size.
The only way I know how to attach is by copy and paste through photobucket and that does'nt work for that type.
Can you spell it out step by step idiot fashion ( I'm fluent in it ) :Rofl1: :Rofl1:
Hi I use photoshop/save for web to downsize it then when posting got to advanced then attachments browse. find the file then import it. Hope this helps.

To acheive the desired effect make sure that the picture is on your PC (not on the internet).
When creating a post, click on 'Manage Attachments' in the Additional Options below the edit box (SEE PIC 1)
Using the section highlighted, browse to the file on your PC paying attention to the file size limits detailed in the table below the input field (SEE PIC 2)
Once identified, click the upload button (SEE PIC 3)
Click close this window and continue posting your message (SEE PIC 4)
Hope this helps, please reply if you need clarification
If I read you right Bryan all i got wrong was my file was too big @27kb (jpeg)so opened in a new window
Should not be the case, Geo...
Filesize limits what can be uploaded - if it can be uploaded all should work.
Files that have an extension of .jpg can be nearly 100k IIRC
Ha HA I've done it
Trouble is I'm not sure how. Oh well its a start. Thanks Bryan
Is that the 'toad' for your yank based rv?
Yeah be great would'nt it not sure where Jan would sit though

US cut back on troop transport
No mine pop up in a new window
WHY Bryan WHY
Are you attaching the attachment by using the paperclip?
If you are.....STOP IT! you naughty MOT monkey, STOP IT! I say!
Follow my GEOPROOF instructions in my previous post and see what happens...
Please Sir, can I ask a question Sir why don't we use the paper clip as in other applications? I thought thats how you attached an attachment. Sorry Sir for being ignorant:Wink:
You can, and of course are free to, use the paperclip to attach attachments.
However, to have an attached picture 'zooooom' out to a larger size and 'zooooom' back in to a thumbnail you need to use the alternative method.
It's all to do with the difference between attachments and in-line attachments...
Now, QUIET at the back!
