Peugeot Boxer circa 1999 screen wash not working. Fluid in bottle - check; Fuse intact - check; not sure how to access switch without removing steering wheel, anybody tackled this or have other suggestions??

    Pump maybe seized.
Usually the simply push into a rubber grommet in the side of the bottle.
Remove and test by pressing button....if it spins you have a pipe blockage, if it doesn't its probably seized.
You could connect directly across pos and neg of the battery to eliminate a wiring fault.

I've had 2, replaced the pump, burnt out.My mechanic replaced them both on premot checks they have lasted about 4-5 years each.found out that the washer pipe was getting twisted and bent when i closed the bonnet so replaced the piping with a longer length and rerouted it
