Can't remember ;)
Hi Jacky so sorry for your loss --You and your daughters do what you want to do at this time -
I too did not want our M/H when Ann died (it was ours) but after a few months I made my mind up to go to my first rally simply because it was quite local and it beat sitting around the now empty house -Since then I have enjoyed 18 mths with my new found friends -Not saying it will work for you but at this time give things chance to settle down--Wait a while and see what life brings -You and yours have all my sympathy at this tragic/horrid time

Writing this with tears in my eyes. We are so sorry to learn of your husband's death. The only consolation, and not much of one, is that he died doing something that he loved.

Dear Jacky, I was so shocked and saddened to read your post so can't begin to imagine how devastated you must feel at the loss of your beloved husband. I totally understand you not wanting to look at the motorhome on your drive - perhaps someone could move it for now?

Sincerest condolences to you and your family

So sorry to hear of your loss Jacky. Being a biker myself we are always very aware of our vulnerability but without our biking we wouldn't be the people we are. Having lost both my parents I have learned that it is best not to make too many quick decisions because as time passes we may regret those quick decisions we make at the time and wish we had waited until things had settled down. At first you don't want or need reminders but later on you welcome those things that remind you of particular memories. Like someone else said, maybe you should put the motorhome on hold for now and leave that decision for sometime in the future. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family at this time.

so so tragic. My heart goes out to you. By writing this you have reached out to us and we are all here for you. Like others have said, the important thing is getting yourself and your children through the next few weeks, leave other decisions for a while until you can see a way through. Getting rid of the MH wont take away the pain - there will be many more reminders around you of your hopes and dreams and you wont be able to get rid of all of them. One day, they may become bitter sweet rather than just painful memories and you may find you and your daughters want to do the things that you wanted to do as a couple, in his memory and to keep his dreams alive. Big hugs xx
