Took the MH out today as the family wanted to go to the beach. Whilst going down a country lane I mijudged how close the hedge was and I hit a branch. The bottom mirror popped out. Stoppef to hsve a look and found that it must have been boken before as there was a lot of Grip Fill holding it on. Two lessons learned, judge distances better and always check mirrors when buying.

Should I just grip fill it again?

If it was satisfactory before, why not, mirrors can be expensive.

I had a small knock in my transit van, on repairing the front bumper noticed it had been broken and glued before, but I bought it brand new from my local ford dealer,so even main dealers bodge things up

I bought the sikaflex at Screwfix this morning and the repair has been done. Just waiting for it to set.
